Q: Where can I buy one?

A:  Blankie Tails® are currently only available here at www.blankietails.com. 


Q: I already placed an order. When will it ship?

A:  Shiver me timbers - y'all bought all our stock! All current orders are set to ship 1 to 2 business days as noted in the description of each product page. 

Q: I would like to change my order. What do I do?

A: Please e-mail us at info@blankietails.com.

Q: I would like to change the shipping details of my order. What do I do?

A: Not a problem! Please e-mail us your order change at info@blankietails.com and reference your order ID #. 

Q: I already ordered Blankie Tails but I would like to change my order. Help?

A: If your order has not shipped yet we may be able to make changes to your transaction. Please e-mail us your order # & request to info@blankietails.com.

Q: I would like to return my order. What do I do?

A: We accept returns for merchandise in original condition within 30-days of receipt. Returns are process for your order cost minus shipping. Please email info@blankietails.com to process a return.
