Q: I already placed an order. When will it ship?

Q: I would like to change my order. What do I do?

Q: I would like to change the shipping details of my order. What do I do?

A:Not a problem! Please e-mail us your order change at [email protected] and reference your order ID #. 

Q: I would like to return my order. What do I do?

A: You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt of the item for free for store credit or an exchange, or $2.95 for credit back to the original payment source. It may take 7 to 10 days for your payment to post to your account. No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after receipt of an item.
